A little advice for the anon about the changing situation: Remember, there is a show going on and everyone else backstage is either changing themselves, about to go onstage, or waiting for cues. Their minds are anywhere but your body. Most likely the only person noticing you are changing is your dresser(if you have one) so in a sense, you are alone when changing because everyone else is thinking of other things. I hope that helps!
